Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device capable of preventing occurrence of abnormal sound by low rotation torque and realizing stable current conductivity between raceway track members at low cost. SOLUTION: A ringlike elastic seal 7 fixed to the raceway track member (an outer ring 1) on one side and coming into slide-contact with the raceway track member (an inner ring 2) on the other side to seal an annular space formed between these raceway track members is formed by resin containing carbon nanotube CNT. By this configuration, current conductivity between the raceway track members can be ensured at low cost without complicating a bearing structure. Since a surface of the elastic seal 7 has low friction by adding CNT, rotation torque of the bearing device can be reuced, and abnormal sound does not occur even by slide with the raceway track members.
