Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle unit, a center device and a radio tag, capable of checking overs and shorts of a cargo at any time, by accurately grasping a carrying-in/carrying-out state of the cargo. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle unit 2 is mounted on a delivery car, and has a tag communication means 21, a control means 22, a radiocommunication means 23. A call signal is transmitted to the radio tag 11 installed on the cargo 1 from the tag communication means 21. The radio tag 11 transmits a response signal in response to this call signal. When the tag communication means 21 receives the response signal, the control means 22 determines as carrying-in of the cargo to a cargo room of the delivery car. While, when there is no response signal after carrying-in, determination is made as carrying-out of the cargo.
