Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel container excellent in fuel barrier properties even after the reception of a heat shock and having a stable fuel barrier capacity. SOLUTION: The fuel container comprises a laminate wherein thermoplastic resin-containing layers are arranged on both outer layers of an intermediate layer comprising an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer containing a structural unit (1), preferably comprising an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer obtained by saponifying a copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing 3,4-diacyloxy-1-butene, a vinyl ester type monomer and ethylene.
