MULTI-NEEDLE EMBROIDERY MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent meandering and the slack of stretching of a master roll when sewing embroidery to the master roll part stretched between a pair of feed rollers. SOLUTION: This multi-needle embroidery machine is disposed with a multi-needle sewing machine head 3, a shuttle base 5, and a color change mechanism 23 selecting the needle positions of the multi-needle sewing machine head movably in the lateral (X)-direction to the sewing machine frame; and is provided with lateral moving mechanisms 22 and 31 laterally moving them integrally. An embroidery region of the long master roll N is stretched on the pair of front/rear feed rollers 52a and 52b extending in the lateral direction and the stretched master roll is moved in the cloth length (Y)-direction by the rotation of the feed rollers 52a and 52b, the master roll stretched on the feed rollers 52a and 52b is prevented from moving in the X-direction and the multi-needle sewing machine head 3, the shuttle base 5 and the color change mechanism 23 are integrally moved in the X-direction to provide a two-dimensional sewing pattern.
