Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting content processing apparatus capable of reducing memory consumption accompanying the depth of layers of a folder. SOLUTION: Abbreviated path information for specifying path information is stored in a nonvolatile memory 64 so as to store and hold, to an HDD, a registration file describing the corresponding relationship between the path information and the abbreviated path information. If abbreviated path information for an arbitrary folder is inputted, a control unit 61 then utilizes the abbreviated path information stored in the nonvolatile memory 64, to check whether the input abbreviated path information is right; and if it is right, the registration file is acquired from the HDD to access the arbitrary folder, based on path information corresponding to the abbreviated path information in the relevant file.
