Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion device where thermoelectric conversion efficiency can be improved by preventing heat on the side of a thermoelectron from being transmitted to an electrode member at a low temperature side. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a thermoelectron substrate 10 where a thermoelectron group in which a plurality of p-type thermoelectrons 12 and n-type thermoelectrons 13 are alternately arranged is disposed on a first insulating substrate 11, and a pair of heat absorbing/dissipating electrode substrates 20 where first electrode members 22 having electrodes 25 which are oppositely arranged on both sides of the thermoelectron substrate 10 and electrically connect the thermoelectrons 12 and 13 which are adjacently arranged, and corrugate fins 26 absorbing and dissipating heat, are disposed on a second insulating substrate 21. The heat absorbing/dissipating electrode substrates 20 are connected to both ends of the thermoelectrons 12 and 13 in series through the electrodes 25. One end face of the second insulating substrate 21 is installed near the bonding face of the electrodes 25, and the thermoelectrons 12 and 13.
