METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TONER AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a toner for electrostatic image development by which a pigment dispersing effect is increased to increase a coloring degree and which is economical, efficient and environmentally friendly. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the toner in which constituents of the toner are dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent and emulsion-dispersed in an aqueous medium, and before or after aggregation to toner size, the organic solvent is removed and particles are taken out of the aqueous medium, ultrafine particles generated in a wet classification step after the aggregation operation, and ultrafine powder generated in a dry classification step are melt-kneaded with a binder resin and a pigment and reused as a masterbatch.
