DRAINAGE TRAP AND FLOAT FOR THE DRAINAGE TRAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a float that it can close the upper end opening of a drainage cylinder and is placed to the upper end opening of the drainage cylinder erected on the bottom section of a trap body in a mountable manner, the upper end opening is closed by its self-weight when drainage is not carried out, its structure is simplified by a drainage trap making drainage carry out by opening the upper end opening by making an up-motion by buoyancy resulting from the waste-water when the drainage is carried out and that the float can easily be mounted as an alternative product of a bowl by the bowl-like drainage trap. SOLUTION: The float 21 is so formed that the circumferential surface 23 thereof is guided by the inner circumferential surface 9 of the trap body 1a to make an up and down motion. In a site located on the outside from the upper end opening 5 of the drainage cylinder 4 in plan view, a through-hole 25 making it as a water way connecting an upward space K1 of the float 21 to an outside space K2 of the drainage cylinder 4 is formed in the float 21.
