Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a machining method capable of having strength withstanding the load when manufacturing a hub of the spoked wheel bearing a large weight from aluminum alloy. SOLUTION: A flange projecting toward the outer peripheral direction in a flange shape is provided by axially stamping an aluminum material cylindrically cut, and forging one side of the end surface to a comparatively larger diameter and other side to a smaller diameter. A half part provided with a pipe part is formed by forming a shaft hole from the both ends. Two half parts obtained like that are connected with a friction welding facing the pipe part and formed by removing the outer surface by cutting. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
