Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of an MEMS switching system in use. SOLUTION: The MEMS switching system is provided with a series of MEMS switches, and a power converter interposed between a signal source and the series of MEMS switches. The power converter is provided with an active state where a signal power from the signal source evades from the series of MEMS switches, and a non-active state where the signal power from the signal source does not evade from the series of MEMS switches, the active state and the non-active state being selected according to control signals.
