Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly remove bubbles and thereby enhance display quality and reduce cycle time. SOLUTION: A first buffer chamber, reaction chamber and second buffer chamber are arranged in line. The reaction in these chambers includes a stage for preparing a liquid crystal panel, a stage for housing the liquid crystal panel into the first buffer chamber, a stage for pressurizing the first buffer chamber housing the liquid crystal panel with a constant pressure, a stage for carrying the liquid crystal panel into the reaction chamber, a stage for applying atmospheric-pressure to the liquid crystal panel carried into the reaction chamber, a stage for pressurizing the second buffer chamber with a constant pressure, and a stage for carrying out the liquid crystal panel applied with the atmospheric-pressure and housing the panel into the second pressurized buffer chamber. Consequently, the liquid crystal panel can successively be moved, thereby enhancing the display quality and reducing the cycle time by quickly removing the bubbles existing between a substrate assembly and a polarizer in the chamber.
