Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely analyze a failure and to repair in the case wherein an air conditioner main body or a control device for the same is returned due to a failure. SOLUTION: In the air conditioner connecting an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, both of the indoor unit control device and the outdoor unit control device are provided with memory units for storing the number of manufacture, and the number of manufacture of the indoor unit previously stored in the memory unit of the indoor unit control device when manufacturing the indoor unit is transmitted form the indoor unit to the outdoor unit when connecting the indoor unit to the outdoor unit after installing the air conditioner, the number of manufacture of the outdoor unit previously stored in the memory unit of the outdoor unit control device when manufacturing the outdoor unit is transmitted form the outdoor unit to the indoor unit, and the number of manufacture of the indoor unit is stored in the memory unit of the outdoor unit control device, and the number of manufacture of the outdoor unit is stored in the memory unit of the indoor unit control device.
