VENTILATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator capable of efficiently discharging volatile harmful substances accumulated at night in facilities which are desolated at night such as buildings and school. SOLUTION: This ventilator comprises a ventilation fan for supplying and discharging the outside air (a) and the indoor air (b) respectively to an indoor side and an outdoor side, and performing and stopping the air supplying and discharging operations by operating a remote controller 7, an outside air temperature detector 102 for detecting a temperature of the outside air (a) sucked from an outdoor-side air supply opening 8 during the operation of the ventilation fan, a storing means 104 for storing temperature data detected by the outside air temperature detector 102 in time series, and a control part 3 for operating the outside air temperature detector 102 for a minimum time to detect an outdoor temperature after the lapse of a prescribed time from the stop of the ventilation fan by operating the remote controller 7, successively stores the outside air temperatures after detection in the storing means 104, and continuously operating the ventilation fan for a prescribed time when the change from a state of last outside temperature > latest outside air temperature to a state of last outside air temperature < latest outside air temperature is found.
