SOLUTION: The Tatami mat bed 10 is provided with a body part 12 formed of a synthetic resin foam, a humidity conditioning reinforcing plate 14 disposed on the surface of the body part 12 and formed of a rigid material with humidity conditioning property, and a cushioning material 16 disposed on the surface of the humidity conditioning reinforcing plate 14 and formed of a flexible material with cushioning property and air permeability.
