Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cyclic glucan derivative having a highly polymerized cyclic glucan as a basic skeleton, useful for various purposes, such as a pharmaceutical, a reagent, a surfactant, a composition for a cosmetic, a composition for a food, and a film for a magnetic recording medium, having good solubility in oils, having excellent surface active characteristics, and having excellent properties as a host molecule for molecular recognition, and to provide a method for producing the same.
