Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible thermal recording material which enables formation or erasure of a high-contrast recording image in many times and is excellent in light-resistance and interlaminar adhesion strength. SOLUTION: The reversible thermal recording material has a constitution wherein a reversible thermal recording layer containing a generally colorless or light-colored dye precursor and a reversible developer causing a reversible change of a color tone in the dye precursor by heating, an oxygen barrier layer containing at least one kind of silane coupling agent or aziridine compound and a water-soluble polymer and a protective layer are provided in this sequence on a substrate. The surface energy per a unit area of the surface of the layer adjacent to the substrate side of the oxygen barrier layer is made 50 dyn/cm or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
