Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum electrolytic capacitor in which electrostatic capacity of cathode foil is improved, a potential difference between a lead wire and cathode foil is made small, which is superior in corrosion resistance and in which high performance and miniaturization are realized. SOLUTION: In the aluminum electrolytic capacitor, anode foil 11 and cathode foil 12 are wound to a capacitor element 19 with a separator 13. Driving electrolyte 14 is impregnated in the capacitor element 19, and it is incorporated in a bottomed cylinder-like metal case 18. The opening of the metal case 18 is sealed by a sealing board 17. A surface of cathode foil is coated with a porous carbon layer having a specific surface area of 50 m2/g or above. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
