Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semiconductor device which can detect if fuse is blown at an early stage with accuracy immediately after power activation. SOLUTION: A booster power supply circuit system 1 has a booster charge pump inside. An oscillation starting signal REN for activating this booster charge pump is output to a current relief circuit system 2. The oscillation starting signal REN is the signal which intermittently becomes an "H" (a level for directing activation of the booster charge pump) pulse immediately after the power activation. The current relief circuit system 2 supplies power supply control signals VSA -VSA to memory cell groups MG1-MGk based on the oscillation activating signal REN.
