SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR DISTRIBUTING ELECTRONIC APPLICATION DOCUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely distribute an electronic application document to a true applicant and to surely manage a distribution state. SOLUTION: The electronic application document distribution system is constituted of: an application processor 150 comprising an identification information generation part 110 for generating identification information and storing the generated identification information in a non-rewritable recording means and a document confirmation information storage part 111 for storing correspondence relation between the identification information and the personal identification information of the applicant in a document distribution management table 125 as document confirmation information; and a document storage device 155 comprising a storage management part 113 for managing the storing processing of an electronic application document in a storage, an identification information reader part 114 for reading out the identification information by the non-rewritable recording means, an authentication information reader part 115 for reading out personal identification information by a personal identification medium, an identification information acquisition part 116 for sending the personal identification information to the application processor 150 and acquiring the identification information based on the collation processing of the personal identification information, and a document discharging part 117 for specifying the electronic application document corresponding to the identification information in the storage and discharging the electronic application document.
