Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of cold-resistant relaxation material for a dike-integrated low temperature tank, the dike-integrated low temperature tank and a heat insulating panel, easily in quality management in construction, efficiently formed in short time, and free from performance defects. SOLUTION: A liner plate 15 provided with anchor bolts 25 is mounted on an inner wall face of a cylindrical dike 13, and the plurality of heat insulating panels formed by integrating a front face material 5 and a rear face material 7 with a heat insulating material 3 are closely attached to the liner plate 15. The anchor bolts 25 are inserted into anchor holes 11 formed on the rear face material 7, and the heat insulating panels 1 are fixed to the liner plate 15. Joints respectively between the heat insulating panels adjacent to each other and the holes 9 of the heat insulating panels 1 are respectively filled with a filling material 19 and a filling material 21, and then coated with a liquid-tight material 29 and a liquid-tight material 31, thus the cold-resistant relaxation material 23 integrated with the plurality of heat insulating panels 1 is formed.
