Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a throttle valve, decreasing frictional resistance to prevent early abrasion of a bearing part between a throttle valve casing and a throttle valve shaft. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a throttle valve unit includes steps of: (1) injection molding a throttle valve casing in a first cavity from a first plastic material; (2) fitting a bearing bush 5 containing metal material in the casing while forming friction kinematic contraposition between the bearing bush and the casing; (3) transferring the casing obtained by the above steps (1), (2) to a second cavity spatially separated from the first cavity; and (4) injection molding a movable throttle flap 2 having a throttle valve stem from a second plastic material inside the casing in the second cavity.
