HAIR TREATING COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent properties capable of lessening the damage to the hair and a permanent waving odor and reducing the irritating odor in a first agent for permanent waving and a first agent of a curly hair straightening agent. SOLUTION: A hair treating composition comprises a combination of dicetyl phosphate and polyoxyethylene cetyl ether phosphoric acid as specific phosphoric esters with an aliphatic alcohol. The first agent for permanent waving and the first agent of a curly hair straightening agent are endowed with excellent properties which lessen the damage to the hair by incorporating a combination of the above phosphoric esters with the aliphatic alcohol into a permanent waving agent and a curly hair straightening agent. Further, it is possible to impart the effect of simultaneously reducing the permanent waving odor and the irritating odor to the curly hair straightening agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
