TAKE-UP DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-up device capable of reducing the occurrence of scratches due to the contact of a take-up material with a carrying rail during take-up operation and the defective characteristics due to short by the tangling of dirt in an element under taking up, due to the falling of burrs due to the contact of the side surface part of the take-up material with a fixed material guide. SOLUTION: In this take-up device, the carrying rail 7 floating the take-up material by jetting compressed air from a plurality of small diameter holes 10 and the fixed guide 8 for preventing the displacement of take-up by correcting the carrying line are installed on a carrying route for the take-up material 1. Accordingly, the occurrence of dirt in the contact of the take-up material with the fixed material guide 8 is suppressed by eliminating the scratches due to the contact during the take-up operation.
