Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit stable coating in coating a liquid resin onto an article through discharge of the resin from a nozzle by removing the liquid resin stuck to the side wall of the nozzle effectively. SOLUTION: The method comprises moving the nozzle 2 under a waiting condition to a nozzle-cleaning section 5 to insert it into a cleaning hole 7, generating an air flow 9 within the cleaning hole 7 by vacuum suction of the inside of the nozzle-cleaning section 5 by a vacuum pump 10 and moving the nozzle 2 along the inside wall of the cleaning hole 7 while retaining a constant clearance between the side wall of the nozzle 2 and the inside wall of the cleaning hole 7. The arrangement causes the liquid resin 8 stuck to the side wall of the nozzle 2 to be detached from the nozzle 2 as drawn by the air flow 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
