Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the image throughput (recognizability) of a camera under automobile using environmental conditions which deteriorate image pickup conditions, such as the nighttime, rainfall, frost, high temperature or low temperature. SOLUTION: In an image processing camera device for recognizing a white line on a road by the camera, by transmitting operation signals to one of a headlight, a wiper, a heat ray and an air conditioner in the case that the white line can not be recognized, factors which deteriorate the image pickup conditions, such as the nighttime, the rainfall, the frost, the high temperature or the low temperature, are eliminated.
