Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent side deviation of a terminal fitting, in connection of the terminal fitting to an electrode terminal of a detection element. SOLUTION: This sensor 1 is equipped with the detection element 21 wherein the electrode terminals 25 for connecting the terminal fittings 51 of a lead wire are provided in parallel in the width direction on a portion a little to the rear end, the terminal fittings 51 connected to each electrode terminal 25, and a separator 71 wherein the plurality of terminal fittings 51 arranged inside. The sensor 1 has a terminal connection structure wherein the element 21 is inserted into the separator 71 from the rear end side in the longitudinal direction, and pressed onto each electrode terminal 25 by springiness of the terminal fitting 51 itself. The sensor 1 has a structure wherein each recessed part 24 formed by removing an insulating material layer 121 on the surface in a window shape is provided as a side deviation prevention means to the electrode terminal 25 of the terminal fitting 51, and each electrode terminal 25 is exposed to the bottom surface of each recessed part 24. Hereby, since projection parts 123, 125 comprising the insulating material layer 121 protruding relatively from the surface exist so as to sandwiching each electrode terminal 25, the side deviation of the connected terminal fitting 51 is prevented.
