WATERPROOFING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing method capable of preventing any occurrence of unevenness on a waterproofing sheet having moisture permeability even though there is a slight unevenness on a concrete or mortar surface when giving waterproofing treatment to the concrete or mortar surface of a slab of building by using the waterproofing sheet having moisture permeability without giving any harmful influence upon working or surrounding environment due to the evaporation of organic solvents, as well as reducing the load of the building applied to its structural body and permitting persons to walk on the slab. SOLUTION: Resin mortar 4 is coated to a concrete surface S of the roof slab; a waterproofing sheet layer A having moisture permeability laminated with a partial adhesion or deposition of unwoven cloths 2a, 2b on both obverse and reverse surfaces of a macromolecular membrane 1 is laid on the resin mortar layer; and then a cement-based protecting material 5 is coated to the top of the waterproofing sheet layer A having moisture permeability.
