PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article managing device comprising a cabinet equipped with antennae at movable housing parts of the cabinet and having cables of the movable parts eliminated by electromagnetically connecting the antennae with other antennae provided for a cabinet body. SOLUTION: The utensil 30 comprises, for example, a utensil body 30a as a fixed part and three-stage movable housing parts 31, 32, 33 supported by the utensil body 30a to be freely drawn out. A bottom part of each housing part is equipped with a guide antenna (a first antenna) 34 (guide antennae of the movable housing parts 31, 32 are omitted in the figures). The utensil body 30a is equipped with fixed antennae (second antennae) 35 respectively placed near the bottom parts of the movable housing parts 31, 32, 33 (fixed antennae of the movable housing parts 31, 32 are omitted in the figures), which means each guide antenna 34 and each fixed antenna 35 are positioned so as to be facing to each other at the time of housing each movable housing part.
