PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to actively and creatively enjoy music during driving, without interfering with driving. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle music producing device comprises an information collecting/processing means 2 generating a plurality of parameters for producing music on the basis of information from each part in an automobile; a score automatically producing means 6 producing score data on the basis of the plurality of the parameters from the information collecting/processing means; and a sound source 7 mounted in the vehicle, and converting the score data produced by the score automatically producing means into a sound signal and adding that to a sound signal reproducing device.
