Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film and manufacturing process thereof, wherein the film is especially flat and has an almost uniform coefficient of thermal expansion in all planar directions despite local unevenness by direction in coefficient of thermal expansion for each of its layers. SOLUTION: A biaxially oriented integral film structure is formed by; forming two separate intermediate films respectively having substantially biaxial orientation from a liquid crystal polymer of high thermal and chemical stabilities using a double ring tube extrusion die, and subsequently laminating the intermediate films by a continuous method.
