Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed body having an unified non-foamed member of a good surface appearance on the surface layer and having a cell of an uniform average cell density with a fined average cell diameter. SOLUTION: The foamed body comprises: a foamed section having a cell of an average cell diameter of 1-50 μm and an average cell density of 108-1012pieces/cm3; and a non-foamed surface layer unified with this foamed section whose thickness is 20-1000 μm. In addition, the foamed section has a cell of an average cell diameter of 1-20 μm and an average cell density of 108-1012pieces/cm3, the foaming section is formed using supercritical state carbon dioxide and/or nitrogen as a foaming agent, the non-foamed surface layer is contacted to the low temperature wall surface of a die to be formed, and the thermoplastic resin has a melt flow index of 0.05-60 g/10 minutes at the proximity of the working temperature.
