Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wideband voice decoding apparatus for decoding a high quality wideband voice signal by estimating a stable wideband sound source with a correct amplitude without being much influenced by difference in speakers and noise from a narrow-band voice or a narrow-band voice code. SOLUTION: The wideband voice decoding apparatus is provided with a narrow-band sound source decoding means for producing narrow-band synthetic sound by using the narrow-band sound code, a spectrum decoding means for estimating a wideband spectrum parameter by using a narrow-band spectrum code separated from the narrow-band voice code, a wideband sound source decoding means for estimating a wide band sound source signal by using the narrow-band sound source code separated from the narrow-band voice code, and a synthesis means for producing the wideband voice signal from these produced narrow-band synthetic sound, the wideband spectrum parameter and the wideband sound source signal estimated above.
