Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking exhaust device effectively capturing an oil component from exhaust including soot, a bad smell or the like generated from a cooked object, and not causing reduction of flow velocity of air inside a duct. SOLUTION: This cooking exhaust device 10 has: a main body 12; a fan 16 provided in a main body 12 upper part, for sucking the exhaust including the soot, the bad smell or the like generated from the cooked object into the main body 12 through the duct 26, and discharging it; and an oil filter 22 provided inside the main body 12 below the fan 16. The oil filter 22 presents tube shape expanding downward, and partitions the inside of the main body 12 into the inside and the outside of the oil filter 22. The outside of the oil filter 22 is communicated with the duct 26, and the inside of the oil filter 22 is communicated with the fan 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
