SOLUTION: A tungsten organic metal gas containing carbon atoms is decomposed by a convergent ion beam or an electron beam, tungsten metal is directly deposited on a substrate, so as to be plotted, and, at this time, the carbon atoms in the tungsten organic metal gas are incorporated into the tungsten metal.
