SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises the hydrolysate of a hydrolyzable silane compound represented by the general formula: (R1)p(R2)qSi(X)4-p-q[wherein R1s are 1-12C nonhydrolyzable organic groups containing a fluorine atom which are the same or different; R2is a 1-12C nonhydrolyzable organic group not containing a fluorine atom; Xs are hydrolyzable groups which are the same or different; p is 1 or 2; and q is 0 or 1] and/or its condensation product and a scaly filler.
