Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-part moisture-curable urethane-based adhesive good in coating workability and adhesion to olefin adherend. SOLUTION: The one-part moisture-curable urethane-based adhesive comprises a urethane prepolymer that is obtained by reaction between a compound having on its end two or more active hydrogen atoms and an isocyanate compound, and tributyl acetylcitrate and/or glycerol diacetomonolaurate and/or dibutyl sebacate. In this adhesive, the latter component is preferably a mixture of tributyl acetylcitrate and dibutyl sebacate or a mixture of glycerol diacetomonolaurate and dibutyl sebacate.
