DELIVERY DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery distribution system and a sheet capable of resending without overlooking and delaying when a cargo is deteriorated by being exposed to a high-temperature atmosphere or a room-temperature atmosphere in the delivery of the cargo requiring low-temperature transportation such as a food stuff or medical goods. SOLUTION: In a retail shop, a person in charge of delivery who checks a delivery label 400 detects that a commodity scheduled to be delivered is exposed to the high-temperature atmosphere and has a quality problem, makes a cellular phone 100 read a bar code of the delivery label 400, and transmits a receipt number of the commodity to a warehouse 20 through a base station 200. A computer 300 at the warehouse 20 receives data from the cellular phone 100, accesses to a delivery management DB320 and an inventory management DB310 to assign the commodity for resending. The computer 300 displays a message on its own display part to instruct the resending to a person in charge of resending in the warehouse 20, or makes a computer 500 at a factory 30 display the message to instruct the resending to the person in charge of resending in the factory 30.
