Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking brake device of a vehicle which enables actuation of a second wheel brake in response to the operation of a first brake operation member in order to perform actuation of the first wheel brake, and which performs braking actuation by interlocking the first and the second wheel brakes while appropriately maintaining the balance of the braking force in accordance with the operation of the first brake operation member, thereby to prevent the braking force of the first wheel brake from becoming too high. SOLUTION: The braking reaction force of the first wheel brake BRA which exceeds a predetermined value is transferred to the second wheel brake BFA side on the braking-force-increasing side by the means 26A of transferring the reaction force. Then the force, which responds to the braking reaction force transferred to the second wheel brake BFA side by the means 26A of transferring the reaction force, acts on the first wheel brake BRA on the braking-force-decreasing side by the means 28A of controlling the braking force.
