Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for screen printing which enables printing excellent in accuracy and also can be used repeatedly for a long time, which excels in handling properties and multiplicity of use and of which the manufacturing cost is reduced. SOLUTION: The plate 1 for screen printing is equipped with a screen 3 having a film-like support member and a mask material which is provided on at least one film surface of the support member and wherein one or more opening parts 2 of a prescribed shape of opening are formed, and with a plate frame 4 whereon the screen 3 is stretched. The shape of the plate frame 4 can be changed both inward and outward directions and therefore the shape of opening of the opening parts 2 can be adjusted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
