Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding (1) which keeps in-bed temperature of around 25-35°C being suitable for comfortable sleep for a long period, (2) which is excellent in ventilation and heat radiation, and (3) has proper flexibility and texture. SOLUTION: The bedding is obtained by holding a granulating object constituted of a plurality of micro-capsules which envelope a heat storage material having a melding point of about 25-35°C through the use of a fabric with ventilation. It is preferable that the shortest diameter of the granulating object is not less than 0.1mm and the longest diameter is not more than 20mm. Preferably, the heat storage material is constituted of normal paraffin where the total mass ratio of a 17-20C compound is not less than 60%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
