SOLUTION: A DNA-synthesizing composition that contains two or more kinds of DNA polymerases having 3' → 5' exonuclease activity; A method for synthesizing DNA that uses two or more kinds of the DNA polymerases having 3' → 5' exonuclease activity, when the DNA synthetic reaction is carried out; and A kit to be used for synthesizing DNA in a testing tube that includes two or more kinds of DNA polymerases having 3' → 5' exonuclease activity, are provided.
