SOLUTION: In the present invention, a primer composed of an oligonucleotide which is specific to Mycobacterium tuberculosis is designed and synthesized based on a base sequence of a gene of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and a method for identifying Mycobacterium tuberculosis is established by detecting gene amplification using the primer, and a kit for identifying Mycobacterium tuberculosis is prepared by using the primer.
