PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store only the latest collected file without deriving a plurality of files by copying a file in each operation of a plurality of computers, and when the contents of the file are changed, restoring the file. SOLUTION: In the case of loading/copying an individual data file 4 or a shared data file 5 stored in a server computer 2 to a server computer 1 (steps 05, 09), a file name is changed, and between the copied file and the file to be copied, one is not overwritten and erased by the other (steps 55, 56). When the contents of the file are changed (steps 21, 23), the file is saved/updated in the server computer 2 (steps 22, 28) and the file name is restored (steps 55, 56). During the period from loading/copying up to saving/updating, a flag is set on an individual flag file 6 (steps 04 to 32) and a flag is set on a shared flag file 7 (steps 08 to 10, 27 to 31).
