PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment with which temperature of the equipment felt by a human being is reduced who touches the equipment in which a back section metallic casing is used is reduced, unpleasantness and uneasy feeling are eliminated, noise is lowered by reducing the number of fans and a user does not feel casing temperature rise by heat and does not hear noise. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment is provided with a resin member, which has lower touch feeling temperature than a metallic member on at least a portion of the metallic back section casing. Moreover, the resin member is provided with a section which is fixed to the front section casing by screws, heat radiating holes and a hook section which is fixed to the member onto an external fixture.
