Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device for use in various electronic devices and electronic device using it, reducing the size of the device. SOLUTION: A fixed body 21 and a movable body 22 stored in a movable case 25 are formed like a hollow cylinder to constitute the opening and closing device 20. When the opening and closing device is mounted on the electronic device, a wiring unit such as a lead wire and a wiring board is passed through the hollow parts of the fixed body and the movable body, and a fixed casing and a movable casing are electrically connected so that the space for the wiring unit 30 is not needed.
