Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device of an accessory for a vehicle capable of fixing the accessory for the vehicle such as an assist grip to a vehicle body panel through an interior material, fixing the accessory to the interior material temporarily, preventing a lock pin from coming off the interior material, and improving assembly work efficiency and handling property. SOLUTION: This fixing device of the accessory for the vehicle is provided with a first elastic locking leg 30 extending from a base part 20 of the accessory 10 and engaging with a mounting hole of the vehicle body panel through a hole 51 of the interior material 50, the lock pin 40 inserted into the first elastic locking leg 30 through the base part 20 and holding engaging force with the mounting hole of the vehicle body panel of the first elastic locking leg 30, and a second elastic locking leg 44 extending from the lock pin 40 and engaging with the hole 51 when inserted into the hole 51 of the interior material 50.
