Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration device of an exhaust emission control member capable of efficiently regenerating the exhaust emission control member in an internal combustion engine such as a diesel engine. SOLUTION: This regeneration device of the exhaust emission control member is provided in an exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine; and purifies exhaust gas; and has, for example, a burner including an injector for supplying fuel, a first air introducing pipe for mixing air with the fuel, a fuel evaporator for heating and evaporating the supplied fuel, an orifice for diffusively injecting the vaporized fuel, a second air introducing pipe for taking in the air for assisting combustion of the fuel and a fuel igniter for forming combustion gas by igniting the injected fuel, and an oxidizing catalyst for oxidizing the combustion gas injected from the burner; and is connected via an injection outlet communicating with the exhaust passage on the upstream side of the exhaust emission control member.
