Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braille block which is improved in adhesive strength between a plane main body of a braille block for people with visual imparement and protrusions formed thereon to each other, recognizability by dips and bumps formed on a surface thereof, and visibility caused by the difference in luminance, and enhanced in abrasion resistance and elastic modulus of the projections, and various physical properties inclusive of anti-skid properties. SOLUTION: The braille block is molded by using an injection molding machine which can mold different materials into a product, and has an injection head having a clamping pressure of 200 to 400 t, a main machine shot capacity of 400 to 600 cc, and a sub-machine shot capacity of 100 to 200 cc, an L/D ratio of 20 to 30, and a compression ratio of 2.5 to 3.5. To produce the braille block, a thermoplastic polyurethane compound having a black pigment mixed therein, is injected to a dot protrusion forming mold, and the mold is slid, followed by injecting an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer compound having a yellow pigment mixed therein, to a plane main body forming mold.
