Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat structure capable of adequately supporting the head of an occupant and reducing the whiplash injury of the occupant in the case of a rear-end collision by moving a headrest by a desired amount forwardly and upwardly without a delay at the rear-end collision. SOLUTION: A headrest moving frame 2 is supported by a first link shaft 7 and a second link shaft 8 with respect to a side frame 10, and a headrest 1 is moved forwardly and upwardly at a rear-end collision. In a link member 5, the headrest moving frame 2 is backwardly and upwardly displaceable in an arc shape, and a guide hole 3 and a guide shaft 4 are displaceable in an arc shape so that the headrest moving frame 2 is moved upwardly at the rear-end collision.
