INSTRUMENT USAGE RESTRICTION SYSTEM AND DISPLAY RESTRICTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument usage restriction system and an instrument usage restriction determination system for performing the suitable usage restriction of an instrument in a movement body such as a vehicle of an automobile. SOLUTION: When a position of an engine key is determined (S101) and positioned at a position of "Acc" or more, the operation state of a side brake operated by an operation part of a fixed instrument is read by an operation part of a conveyable instrument through a communication part (S102). The operation part of the conveyable instrument determines that the side brake is turned on or off (S103). When the side brake is turned off, the operation part of the conveyable instrument reads signal intensity from a receiving part of the conveyable instrument (S104). It is determined from the signal intensity whether or not the conveyable instrument is positioned within a usage restriction range formed making a signal generator as a center (S105).
